Query

Somebody told me at some point in the past that I should read The Omnivore's Dilemma. Who was that?

Sidenote, from something that came up in the book and tweaked my hometown pride: Des Moines does, occaisionally, have "blue baby" days in the spring. But I barely remember them from growing up: I had to ask my mom if she remembered them, and she said it had only come up a few times. Des Moines also has probably the best metropolitan tap water I've ever had, because they have one of the world's best filtration systems.
