Contrary to typical policy, this semester I have been not only buying everything with cash, but also recording how much I spent so that I can have an accurate idea of how much it takes to maintain a kid at college, with a decent/fairly high standard of living/buying stuff. I said to myself that the trial period would be from January 15 to March 1. So today I have a total.
I've spent $270 dollars in that time.
And with two exceptions, that's been for basic things like groceries, pizza, and the like. Yes, I did spent $29 on gaming stuff and $50 on Phi Psi pledge. But that's still quite a bit of moneys on food.
For now I haven't had the time I intended to think about this, because of the other stuff going on. But I hope I get a chance at some point.

  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Apparently I have another post in me today. I'm as surprised as you are. Realizing I haven’t posted about Skyrim probably should not…
