What virtue do you use to get yourself out of bed and going to class? I'd like to hear arguments for any/all.
In this particualr case, as in most cases, I've decided to embrace whatever virtue it is.

Conviction - you feel you must go to class so you drag your ass out of bed
Compassion - you feel the prof and other students would get less out of the class and/or be sad that you are not there so you drag your ass out of bed.
Valor - you look weak if you sleep through class
Temperance - .... I dont really know

Temperance - attending class is part of a balanced regime of food, sleep, and game, and helps insure that everything happens in its season. you attend to keep yourself healthy and sane.

Finally, someone came up with VIRTUES, and not FLAWS that make you go to class. I was getting worried.

How about the seven deadly sins and going to class?

Pride - you aren't going to let your classmates look better than you?
Greed - you are paying for this education, so you're damn well going to get your monies worth.
Envy - you covet the good grades that others get and want them for yourself (works best in curved classes)
Lust - any hot individuals?
Gluttony - you can pick up something at DK's on the way.
Sloth - it really is easier to just go to class than to try and make up for it later.
Anger - don't you just want to BEAT your prof by doing well? Let your hate flow through you...
