Apparently I can make it up 14 flights of stairs in under three minutes. Since the hardest definition of the dare was ~18 flights in five minutes, I think I'm in pretty good shape. |
It is, additionally, a much better idea to jog up the stairs instead of trying to sprint/leap up them. While I can't keep the jog up for any longer than the sprint, I don't get knocked on my ass at the end of the jog.
