Gaming hijinks-or something of the sort anyway. [Jul. 1st, 2007|05:43 am]

One of the members of my group saw a GM at the local game store running his game in a suit a few weeks ago. It was a brief anecdote, and not even that interesting. However, last Sunday I showed up to run my Exalted game in normal shorts and a tshirt, and was given a good pile of shit about not wearing a suit.

So I think that means I have to show up in a suit today. The ideal solution would be to wait several months and do it then, but I don't think I will remember it that long.

I also doubt that the suit will stay on for the whole game, because it's summer and the hosts don't have AC.

Randomness brought to you by my exhaustion.

I am 95% sure it is not what you meant, and 100% sure it is not what I hope you meant, but there is something about the line "I also doubt the suit will stay on for the whole game" that seems a little sketchy

No, you hit the nail on the head.

See, David is the only GM in town that runs Strip D&D, where your HP is directly related to the amount of clothing you wear.

Note exhaustion, so I wasn't checking my language too carefully. I was talking about the heat, since the hosts don't have AC. I brought a change of clothes, but the heat wasn't bad enough that I had to use them.
